End-User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Delan Lee grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use DatumGo solely for your internal business operations related to work order management, ticketing, and invoicing for CNC repair and field service. This license does not include the right to sublicense, resell, or distribute the Software to third parties.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Software.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent data through the Software.

3. QuickBooks Online Integration

DatumGo integrates with QuickBooks Online, a product of Intuit Inc. By connecting your QuickBooks account, you authorize DatumGo to access your QuickBooks data as described in our Privacy Policy, including reading your customer list, item/service list, and creating invoices on your behalf.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• DatumGo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit Inc. DatumGo is an independent application that uses the Intuit QuickBooks API.
• Delan Lee is not responsible for any changes, outages, or issues with the QuickBooks Online service or API.
• You are responsible for maintaining a valid QuickBooks Online subscription and ensuring your QuickBooks data is accurate.
• You may disconnect DatumGo from your QuickBooks account at any time through your QuickBooks settings or by contacting us.

4. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into DatumGo, including work order data, customer information, parts, labor, and related business records. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you provide.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Delan Lee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Software.

The Software is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Delan Lee’s total liability exceed the amounts paid by you, if any, for access to the Software during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

6. Termination

Delan Lee may terminate or suspend your access to the Software at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Software will immediately cease. You may also terminate this Agreement at any time by discontinuing use of the Software and disconnecting any linked accounts.

Sections 5 (Limitation of Liability) and 7 (Governing Law) shall survive termination of this Agreement.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to This Agreement

Delan Lee reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
